The Well, in partnership with South Florida developer Terra, has announced plans for the Well Coconut Grove in Miami. The wellness-centered residential and membership community is slated to open early 2028.

Terra signed an agreement with international wellness brand THE WELL to serve as the branding partner for its new luxury condo in Miami's Coconut Grove. This will be the second branding deal for Miami-based Terra and THE WELL, as the company is already building THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands.

International wellness brand The Well is working on creating a brand new wellness-centric residential and membership community in Miami, Florida.
